Alexander. The government of Marovania hires the seedy Boroff to ruin
everything with his disintegrating gas. Fortunately, navy lieutenant
Ralph Byrd is on hand to battle the seedy Boroff, who is also weird. He
is aided by the ubiquitous, brassy female reporter and her snappy
photographer.
