Hope you try making my Chicken Caldo it's GREAT !! Perfect for this time of year when its cold outside .. I had a BLAST making this video .. Oh this video was made with my Webcam .. How cool ..

Fill big pot Half way with water add 6 to 8 Chicken Breast and 2 Garlic Cloves Salt and let chicken Boil till Done .
While chicken is boiling cut your veggies etc ..
Start to finish about 2 Hours ..
Don't forget to put lime or lemon in your Bowl of Soup and a couple of Dashes of Hot Sauce and Enjoy ..
